A simple lesson in Macroeconomics and Taxes.

If the Federal government raises taxes on the richest 1% who only have 20% of the money, they don’t generate as much as if they raise the taxes on the rest of the 99% who have 80% of the money. A 5% hike on 20% only gives you a 1% increase. The same hike in the lower 80% nets a 4% increase… Simple math folks!
